NAMI Louisiana is the November 2026 recipient for Chuck it in the Bucket funds. NAMI stands for the National Alliance on Mental Illness. It provides advocacy, education, support and public awareness so that all individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives. Educational services include classes for families, caregivers and friends of people affected by mental illness. The also offer family to family support groups and services geared to family members of military personnel affected by mental illness.
