We are getting ready to host Grace's first ever Glass Fest and we need your help!
Get the word out!
- invite friends, family, neighbors
- post fliers in local shops (fliers will be available on Sunday, November 1st)
- invite Lakeview neighbors by canvassing after church on Sunday November 1st and November 8th.
- share on your social media
We need the following donations:
- Desserts. These are for people to purchase with a free-will offering. Ideally desserts that can be frozen and eaten on Thanksgiving. Sign up here.
- Bottles of Wine and Bottles of Non-Alcoholic Beverages. These are prizes for activities. Wine should be a quality of at least $15. Sign up here
- Glass Vases and other glass items people may want
- Trinkets to Treasures. Items you do not need any more and that someone may want
- Jewelry. One church member has offered to donate costume jewelry. Similar donations are welcome.
*All non-perishable doantions can be brought to church as soon as possible.
Volunteer to help:
- Set-up: Friday, November 13th starting at 10am
- On the day: We will need volunteers to sell food, work tables and activities, and clean up. (There will be a sign up sheet in worship)
