The Executive Team and the Financial Team wish to announce that a new counting procedure for our weekly offering will be rolled out at the end of June. We are making a couple changes to our counting process because we are now recording our weekly offerings into our Church Management System "in-house" rather than having our CPA Firm record them. We think this will save us money and improve accuracy. Training for the new procedure will be provided on June 22nd and June 29th in the church office immediately following worship.
The Executive Team seeks to provide opportunity for all members to serve both for their spiritual growth and as an opportunity to socialize with fellow members. If you are interested in becoming a counter, please let us know and plan to attend one of the training sessions on June 22nd or June 29th. If you would like to serve on the Financial Team either on a regular basis or 'as needed' please contact our Treasurer Don Hoppens at treasurer@gracenola.org or another member of the Executive Team.
